What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
