Join our team: we are hiring a body shop technician in Reading, England. You will work in a smash repair workshop. You will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Rotating shifts.
