Horticulturist wanted in El Paso County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horticulturist in El Paso County, Colorado. The job is on the grounds of a hotel resort. On the job you will handle: • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed You should have: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Full-time with occasional weekends.
