Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Oyigbo, Rivers State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Rotating shifts.
