Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Fayette County, Alabama. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
