Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
