We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Stanton County, Nebraska. You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On the job you will handle: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) 6+ years on the tools preferred.
