Oven operator wanted in Esit Eket

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom State. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Performance bonus on top of base pay.
