Urgent requirement: meat trimmer (Ohio)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Lawrence County, Ohio. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
