Great opportunity: heavy equipment operator (dozer) (Taraba State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Takum, Taraba State. The job is on a quarry floor. Day-to-day duties: • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily You should have: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. ₦950 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
