The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
