The role involves run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges 1+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
