UPVC door and window fabricator — Will County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Will County, Illinois. You will be based at a glazing and fabrication factory. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) You will insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter.
