Meat cutter wanted in Agaie

Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Agaie, Niger State. Day to day you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 6+ years on the tools preferred.
