Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Union County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
