Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Idah, Kogi State. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
