Line cook wanted in Paulding County

Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Paulding County, Ohio. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
