Abattoir worker wanted in Clay County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Clay County, Georgia. The job is in a meat processing plant. The role involves: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred.
