We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Alkaleri, Bauchi State. You will work at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms You will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. ₦8,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
