Heavy equipment operator (dozer) wanted in McKinley County

Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in McKinley County, New Mexico. The job is at a civil contractor's yard. Day to day you will grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin. What we are looking for: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Full-time, day shift.
