You will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
