Site carpenter • McCulloch County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site carpenter in McCulloch County, Texas. You will be based on a commercial fit-out site. You should have: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Day-to-day duties: • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board Full-time, day shift.
