Join our team: we are hiring a cook in LeFlore County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
