Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Jiribam, Manipur. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
