Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Cornwall, England. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. Your main tasks: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) You should have: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
