The role involves: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
