Immediate opening: sheet metal welder (Kano State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Madobi, Kano State. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. You will select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. ₦800 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
