Bakery assistant — Washoe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Washoe County, Nevada. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
