Now hiring: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Guna, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at an automotive body and exhaust shop. On a typical shift you will set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool. Ideally you have aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety; able to pass a weld test on the spot. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
