Truck driver • Maiha, Adamawa State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a truck driver in Maiha, Adamawa State. The job is at a haulage company. Day-to-day duties: • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock What we are looking for: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips 1+ years on the tools preferred.
