Now hiring: we are hiring a confectioner in Oru East, Imo State. On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Six days a week, one day off.
