You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Six days a week, one day off.
