Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Jefferson County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat Your main tasks: • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger Full-time with occasional weekends.
