Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
