Route sales agent — Chesterfield County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a route sales agent in Chesterfield County, Virginia. You will work at an FMCG distributor. You should have: • Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills • Accurate in handling cash The role involves follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp; plan the route and visit retailers on the beat; collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues; upsell and cross-sell add-on products; pitch products door to door along the assigned beat; demonstrate product features and pricing on the shop floor. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
