Canteen cook wanted in Doguwa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Doguwa, Kano State. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen We offer ₦240,000 per month plus benefits.
