Immediate opening: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Simpson County, Kentucky. The job is in an occupied house during renovation. The role involves apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming. Requirements: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • CSCS card or willing to obtain one At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
