Short order cook — Arewa Dandi

Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Arewa Dandi, Kebbi State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time, day shift.
