You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
