We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Preble County, Ohio. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $31 per hour plus benefits.
