Tandoor cook — Ibaji

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Ibaji, Kogi State. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
