Catering cook • Harding County, New Mexico

Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Harding County, New Mexico. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
