Join our team: tree and shrub pruner (Scotland)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Moray, Scotland. You will be based in a botanical garden. What we are looking for: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Day-to-day duties: • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
