What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
