Fine-dining server wanted in Jalingo

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Jalingo, Taraba State. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On a typical shift you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; check back during the meal and handle special requests; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place.
