Now hiring: we are hiring a nursery worker in Greene County, Georgia. The job is at a private estate garden. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Happy to work outdoors in all weather You will rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $140 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
