TIG welder • Idah, Kogi State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a TIG welder in Idah, Kogi State. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection On a typical shift you will read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
