Furniture maker wanted in Effingham County

Now hiring: we are hiring a furniture maker in Effingham County, Illinois. The job is on a commercial fit-out site. What we are looking for: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience Day-to-day duties: • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
