Urgent requirement: canteen cook (Niger State)

Join our team: we are hiring a canteen cook in Kontagora, Niger State. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
