Factory worker — Hardoi

Ideally you have basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels; able to work as part of a team on a busy line; willing to work rotating day and night shifts. Day-to-day duties: • Pack finished goods into cartons and seal them • Keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping • Stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them • Change over tooling and settings between product runs • Carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces ₹30,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
